Mirror Wills
(for couples)

  • £354 Fee (incl. VAT)
  • Two Wills with similar terms, usually leaving everything to each other, then to the same beneficiaries.

Will with Trust Provisions

  • Wills including trust clauses (e.g. life interest, protective, or discretionary trusts) for added asset protection.

Codicil

Home / Care Home Visit

Grant Only Service

  • from £1,495 + VAT & disbursements
  • We prepare and submit the probate application using information you provide.
Typical disbursements: Probate Court fee (£300) and £1.50 per additional sealed copy.

Full Estate Administration

  • from 1.75% – 3% of the gross estate value + VAT & disbursements
  • Full service: valuing assets, paying debts & Inheritance Tax, collecting funds, and distributing to beneficiaries.
Tailored quote provided after an initial meeting, depending on the complexity of the estate.

Residential Conveyancing – Fixed Fees
