Executors are the people who will be responsible for managing your estate after you die.

Executors' responsibilities include applying to the court for probate and distributing the contents of the will according to your wishes. We recommend appointing an experienced professional organisation as a Reserve Executor or joint executor of your estate. They will be familiar with the probate process and very experienced at dealing with court and tax authorities.
